Architectural Licensing & Digital Showroom Terms

1. Intellectual Property & Blueprints

All conceptual sketches, BIM Level 3 models, Three.js shader code, and architectural masterplans created by ATELIER remain studio intellectual property until final construction sign-off and milestone settlement.

2. WebGL Showroom Usage

Interactive digital twin showrooms published on atelier.smshahbaj.com are licensed for client review and public demonstration. Reverse engineering or scraping Three.js physical material textures is prohibited.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA) and the jurisprudence of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
